Our visitors are not browsing. They arrive mid-dispute, mid-decision, mid-transaction: a tenant checking whether a rent increase is legal, a landlord generating a compliant notice, an owner checking if a unit can be listed on Airbnb. They come with a problem and an address, and they leave with an answer that usually has a next step: talk to a lawyer, hire a property manager, make an offer.
That next step is where you come in.
How sponsorship works
Sponsored placements are clearly labeled slots on the pages your audience is already reading. A tenant-side attorney on the rent increase and relocation pages. A property management firm on the landlord notice page. A real estate professional on the tools buyers and owners use.
Three rules, and they are not negotiable:
- One sponsor per category, per page.
- You are not one entry in a list of five. If you hold the tenant-attorney slot on the relocation page, you are the only one there.
- Sponsors never touch the content.
- Placements are labeled "Sponsored", they never appear inside tool results, and they never influence what a tool or guide says. Our answers are the reason your audience is here; changing them for money would make the slot worthless.
- No "Top lawyers" lists.
- We do not publish ranked professional lists, paid or otherwise. If that is what you are looking for, we are the wrong site, and we say so here to save us both a phone call.
Founding Sponsor placements
The site is newly launched, which cuts both ways: we will not quote you invented traffic numbers, and you will not pay established-site rates. We are opening a limited number of Founding Sponsor slots at a launch rate locked for a full year, before pricing moves to traffic-based tiers. Founding sponsors keep first right of renewal on their slot.
